Scott D. McCarroll is a partner in TTH’s Camp Hill, PA office and serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Partner. Scott concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability defense, government entity and civil rights litigation, insurance coverage, and subrogation.
While at The Dickinson School of Law, Scott was a member of the Trial Moot Court Board and was inducted into the Woolsack Society.
A native of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Scott currently resides in Carlisle with his wife, Sarah.
