Bill is the married father of four teenage daughters. He has over 35 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney, with trial, arbitration and appellate experience, in the areas of insurance coverage, construction, personal injury, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, real estate broker/agent claims, environmental claims, products liability and toxic tort claims.
Bill is an approved Arbitrator in both The United States District Court and New Jersey Superior Court. He has successfully argued cases before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court and The Supreme Court of New Jersey. Bill has represented both individuals and more than 50 of the United States’ largest companies.
