Thomas, Thomas & Hafer has promoted Chelsea Williams from associate to partner, effective January 1, 2026. Kevin McNamara, TTH’s Chief Executive Partner remarked, “As the firm celebrates 49 years of practice, we are proud to elevate Chelsea Williams from associate to partner. Her promotion is in recognition of her legal skills, contributions to the firm, and the potential we see for Chelsea in the future.”
Chelsea handles a variety of premises liability, transportation liability, and construction defect matters from the firm’s Philadelphia office. Prior to joining TTH, Chelsea worked at a mid-size insurance defense firm in Philadelphia, defending insured and self-insured entities in premises liability and motor vehicle liability matters. She also has experience as Plaintiff’s counsel at a national Plaintiff’s law firm, representing clients who had been in injured. After graduating from Rutgers Law School, Chelsea clerked for the Honorable Judge Malestein in Cumberland County, New Jersey.
Chelsea received her undergraduate degree from Drexel University and received her law degree from Rutgers Law School.
