Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP (“TTH”) recently named Kevin McNamara as its sixth Chief Executive Partner in the firm’s 48 year history. Kevin, who currently manages the firm’s Camp Hill office, has spent his entire career working for the firm, and served on the firm’s Management Committee, which is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm since 2020. In the past, Kevin also has managed the firm’s secretaries and paralegals.
Kevin handles a wide variety of insurance related matters but devotes the most significant segment of his practice to insurance coverage law, including UM/UIM and first party benefits. Kevin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1990, and his law degree The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1994. Kevin is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
TTH also named Lacey Conn as a Managing Partner. Lacey currently manages the firm’s paralegals and the Fairfax office. In the past, Lacey served on the firm’s Strategic Goals Committee and Diversity Committee. Lacey will be the first woman on the firm’s Executive and Management Committees in its 48 year history. Lacey handles a variety of matters in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. including both liability and coverage cases. Before joining TTH, Lacey worked for a large national insurer. She holds a CPCU, and obtained her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her law degree the University of Toledo College of Law.
TTH, which was founded in 1977, is a civil defense firm with over 110 lawyers in 13 offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
