Thomas, Thomas & Hafer is excited to announce that Oliver M. Bather has re-joined the firm and will be practicing in the New York, NY office.  Oliver is a partner and a member of the firm’s workers’ compensation practice group.  He concentrates his practice on workers’ compensation and general liability defense in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Oliver has been practicing law for more than 23 years, during which time he has had the unique opportunity to serve as Associate General Counsel for a worldwide organization.  Over the course of his career, he has gained expertise in workers’ compensation, premises liability, auto liability and general liability.  Oliver is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
