Thomas, Thomas & Hafer is pleased to announce that Scott A. Edley has joined the firm in the Washington, DC office.  Scott is an associate and a member of the firm’s general liability practice group.  Before joining TTH, Scott worked for a prominent insurance carrier and for a plaintiff’s personal injury firm.  Scott also volunteered as a pro bono attorney with the City Bar Justice Center in New York, doing so from June 2018 to October 2022, where he provided consultations to indigent clients at the New York County and King County Civil Courts.

Ben Peoples, who leads the firm’s DC office and is one of the firm’s three managing partners, expressed his excitement about Scott’s addition, stating: “We are happy to have Scott join the team.  His experience working as an in-house lawyer for a large international insurer will serve our clients well.”
