Scott Rybny is a Partner and Chair of TTH’s Insurance Regulatory, Compliance & Governance Practice. He brings over 25 years of experience in counseling insurance carriers, agents and third-party administrators in various capacities. While Scott continues to represent insurers in litigations involving coverage questions arising under property & casualty, fiduciary liability, professional liability and commercial crimes policies, ten years ago he recognized that a vacuum existed on the regulatory side among certain aspects of the insurance industry as many attorneys spent much of their careers in the departments of insurance than in the courtroom defending the language of the insurance policies.
Maureen Anne Flanagan is a Partner and Co-Chair in the Insurance Regulatory, Compliance & Governance Practice at Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s Ambler office. Maureen is admitted to practice law in both state and federal courts in Connecticut and, prior to joining TTH in May 2025, has over 26 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She grew up in Bryn Mawr, PA and is a graduate of Villanova University ’94 and Villanova Law School ’99.
Matthew R. Hutchinson is a Partner with TTH and a member of the firm’s coverage practice group, advising clients in Connecticut and Massachusetts. He currently represents insurance company clients in resolving coverage disputes, first-party litigation and fraud investigations.
