TTH attorneys Jim Tinnyo and Chris Scott participated in a panel discussion at the Susquehanna Municipal Trust at the Hotel Rock Lititz. The group consists of 81 municipal members who are self-insured workers’ compensation Trust members.

The panelists discussed the recent commencement of claims involving Post-Traumatic Stress Injuries (PTSI) for qualified first responders, as well as a general discussion of mental health workers’ compensation claims as well as the overlap with these claims with Heart and Lung benefits and discrimination claims.
