TT&H Attorneys Scott McCarroll and Julia Morrison win summary judgment in premises liability action.
June 07, 2019
On June 4, 2019, Attorneys Scott McCarroll and Julia Morrison won summary judgment for a grocery store in connection with a Dauphin County premises liability matter. The plaintiff had claimed that she slipped and fell on the remnants of one or more grapes in the produce aisle. The plaintiff claimed injuries to her right shoulder and back. Despite the plaintiff’s retention of a premises liability expert, Scott and Julia were able to obtain summary judgment based upon a lack of actual or constructive notice of the allegedly dangerous condition.
