Shannon R. Harkins

Shannon is a partner in Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s Harrisburg office where she concentrates her practice on general liability and workers’ compensation matters. Prior to coming to TT&H, Shannon represented vehicle consumers in arbitrations and jury trials across Pennsylvania, as well as in New Jersey. She also has experience defending insurance companies, property owners, and employers on workers’ compensation and general liability matters.

A native of Pennsylvania, Shannon attended IUP in Indiana, Pennsylvania.  While at IUP, she was a member of the campus chapter of Habitat for Humanity and served as the chapter president.

In 2014, Shannon obtained her JD from Temple University, Beasley School of Law.  During law school, she participated in Temple’s clinical program with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA).
