Cailey L. Farinaro

Cailey L. Farinaro is an associate in the firm’s Allentown, PA office and is a member of the workers’ compensation practice group. Prior to joining TTH, she worked as a personal injury attorney in Philadelphia representing plaintiffs injured in motor vehicle and premises liability accidents.

Since becoming barred in 2019, Cailey has also worked in the field of immigration law. As a student at the Villanova Charles Widger School of Law, she volunteered in the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services (“CARES”) clinic, where she argued and won an affirmative asylum case before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”).

Prior to law school, Cailey attended Misericordia University, where she majored in History Pre-Law, minored in English, and graduated magna cum laude. Cailey also played four years of softball while at Misericordia.

Outside of practicing law, Cailey enjoys both coaching and playing softball, playing the bongos, hiking with her dog, and spending time with family and friends.
