John A. Lucy

John concentrates his practice in the areas of Healthcare & Professional Licensure, Medical Malpractice Defense and Governmental Entity & Civil Rights litigation. He has represented clients in state, federal, and appellate courts as well as before mediators and arbitrators.

After graduating from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree, John attended the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law where received his Juris Doctorate.

He is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District, Western District and Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Cumberland County Bar Association.

John resides in Harrisburg with his wife, Virginia and son, Oliver.
