John M. Giunta

John M. Giunta joined the firm as a Partner in April 2015.

A Pittsburgh native, John graduated from Duquesne University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 1985, while serving as Executive Comment Editor in his third year. After graduation, John worked for The Honorable Francis X. Caiazza as a Judicial Clerk. He has been a defense litigator in private practice since then.

John’s trial practice includes the defense of serious accident claims, municipal, employment and civil rights litigation, professional negligence, product liability, commercial vehicle liability, premises liability, insurance and commercial disputes, constituting a wide variety of complex litigation.
