Logan is an associate in Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s Wilkes-Barre office. Logan’s practice focuses on civil litigation, general liability, and insurance defense. Logan joined TT&H after graduating from Penn State Law. While in law school, Logan focused on sharpening his litigation skills, through internships, competitions, and student organizations.
Logan completed internships with two federal judges, the Honorable Thomas J. McAvoy of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, and Magistrate Judge William I. Arbuckle of the United States Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and was a Student Advocate with the Penn State Civil Rights Appellate Clinic. Logan was also a member of the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition Moot Court team as both an oralist and a coach, and a member of the second place defense team at the 2020 Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County mock trial competition. He was honored for his work with the advocacy and litigation programs of the school by selection into the National Order of Barristers.
