Regina M. Parker is a partner with Thomas, Thomas, & Hafer LLP, in the firm’s Philadelphia office location. Regina specializes in the defense of workers’ compensation matters for self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third party administrators. Her litigation experience includes all levels of hearings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board and Appellate Courts. Prior to joining Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP, Regina’s litigation experience extends beyond workers’ compensation to include Labor and Employment Law, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, and Family Law.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Temple University, and her Juris Doctor from Widener School of Law. Regina was an Associate Editor for the Widener Law Symposium Journal. She is also an inducted member of Phi Delta Phi, a legal honor society. Regina is currently an Associate Editor of the Philadelphia Bar Reporter, the monthly publication of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Regina also regularly serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Center. She has written numerous articles regarding workers’ compensation issues as well as many other articles on various topics of interest to the legal community and public at large.
