S. Joseph Cardile

Joe represents businesses and individuals in litigation and arbitration arising out of product defects, fires, construction defects, contractual issues, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Joe also counsels and represents Homeowners’ Associations in a variety of matters, including advice on day-to-day operations and litigation.
Joe also advises insurers during their handling of first party property losses and insurance fraud investigations.
In addition, Joe counsels and represents businesses and insurance companies with regard to a variety of cyber security issues. In addition to his law degree from the University of Baltimore, Joe holds a Masters Certificate in Terrorism Analysis from the University of Maryland.
Before joining the firm, Joe clerked for the Honorable Paul Garvey Goetzke in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
