Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP Elevates Three Lawyers to Partner

Harrisburg, PA – Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP (“TTH”) has promoted three lawyers from associate to partner, effective January 1, 2024.  The three lawyers hail from three of the firm’s twelve offices.  Kevin McNamara, one of TTH’s managing partners, said: “Congratulations to Shannon Harkins, Paul Alexander and William Markwardt who were elected income partners of the firm beginning January 1, 2024.  Each of these fine attorneys possesses a wealth of talent and experience which enhances our team and enables us to continue to provide our clients with the type of service they’ve come to expect from TT&H.  A well-deserved honor to all!”

The following individuals are the new TTH partners:

Shannon Harkins.  Shannon works out of the firm’s Camp Hill office, where she handles a variety of general liability and workers’ compensation matters defending small businesses and individuals in premises liability claims, auto accidents and other casualty claims.  Shannon received her undergraduate degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, summa cum laude.  She received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Paul Alexander.  Paul is a lawyer in the firm’s Philadelphia office, where he handles a variety of general liability matters as well as insurance fraud and subrogation.  Paul was a former prosecutor with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey and has extensive litigation and trial experience.  Paul received his undergraduate degree from Fairfield University.  He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

William Markwardt.  Bill handles a variety of general lability matters, including appellate work and insurance coverage and bad faith, from the firm’s Mt. Laurel, NJ office.  He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.  Bill received his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law
